The increasingly popular High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Tabata workouts require endurance, focus, and major musical motivation. This release is packed with 8 perfectly formatted Tabata Tracks that will lead you through your next HIIT workout with vocal cues to guide the way!
The vocal cues on this release will lead you right through a perfectly formatted Tabata Workout. If you are curious how a Tabata Workout should be structured here are a couple of important things to know. Tabata training is a type of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and includes doing one drill eight times at an ALL OUT effort for 20 full seconds. The rest period between each 20 second push is 10 full seconds. It's important to note that the 10-seconds of recovery should be complete rest. If you can still stay active during your 10 second recovery... you didn't go hard enough. It is also important to mention that you need to do the same exercise all eight times without mixing it up within the eight rounds. It will take you exactly four minutes to complete one full round. Once you have completed a round take a full recovery for about two minutes and go for it again. Good luck and have fun with your Tabata training!
