Koi varieties - How to identify the koi in your pond

There are many hundreds of varieties of Koi so in this video I show you how to identify different koi and talk about the history of why they came to be called what they are called. I include a little bit of Japanese history and how it gave names to some of the koi varieties we have today.
I go through the main 8 groups in to which the majority of modern koi are divided. I have added examples of the different varieties discussed.
