Driving in Algiers - From Fernane Hanafi (Hussein Dey) to National Highway 8 (El Harrach)

In this video, I'm driving from Hussein Dey's most traveled road, Fernan Hanafi Street, to National Highway 8 (N8 on the maps) via Oued Ouchayah and the central part of El Harrach. I'm seizing an opportunity when there are less traffic jams in order to show you these routes. In "normal" circumstances, I'd never drive this route. I'd always choose a route that goes through one of the suburban motorways (National Highway 5 or National Highway 11, depending on my destination) in order to gain some time. On normal weekdays, there are traffic jams almost everywhere and it would practically take you at least 40 minutes to go from any place to any other nearby place.
